ALLERGIES & SPECIAL NEEDSIf your child has a food allergy or any other allergy types, please advise our office upon booking. You will be required to fill out a medical form and have it signed by our Staff before your child will be able to participate in our programs. Children with food allergies must bring their own food for the day. Allergy medication must be given to the supervisor each morning clearly labeled with child’s name and instructions. Medication must be taken home at the end of each session. Please advise our office at time of booking if your child has special needs so that we can ensure appropriate staffing and programming.

MANDATORY ITEMS

All children attending holiday programs with PSC must have HAT, DRINK BOTTLE, SHOES & SOCKS AND SUITABLE ATTIRE FOR ACTIVITIES. Parents will be requested to supply the above items before the child can participate in activities. Please ensure each child has a bag with them and all items are clearly labeled with their full name.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENT

When booking into our holiday programs, the full cost of the program must be paid. Our office cannot accept bookings without payment. We do have credit card and EFTPOS  facilities and can do credit card transactions over the phone.

We do not reccommend booking in children other than your own. In the instance that you do book other children in, you accept responsibility to ensure that  their parents are aware of our program information, rules, policies and Waiver.

REFUNDS

Please ensure that when you book and pay, that the dates booked are true and correct.  We DO NOT offer refunds on our workshops once payment has been made. If your child is unable to attend due to illness, please advise the office prior to the day. PSC will credit 75% of Daily Fee to your account upon presentation of a medical certificate.

FOOD

Daily menu will be available at sign in.  We highly recommend that children with allergies or special dietary requirements bring their own food.

SIGN IN/SIGN OUT

All children must be signed in and out of the program by a parent or guardian. If a child is to be collected by someone other than the person who signed them in PSC must be advised at sign in. Children will not be released without consent of parent.

LATE PICK UPS

Children that are picked up late will be charged at a rate of $10.00 per child for each  10 minutes you are late to pick up your child. You must notify our office if you will be late to collect children.

Pittwater Sports Centre promotes a healthy lifestyle. PSC will not allow children with  contagious illness, such as cold and flu or Injury to participate in our programs. Any child that attends programs and displays signs of illness or injury will have their parents notified to pick them up.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By Participating in our programs you agree to the centres rules and policies and understand and accept the waiver

PSC Reserves the right to alter its program at any time.
