PSC is very excited to announce changes to our program booking and billing that will see any easy and no fuss enrolment system making your life easier!

From now on, when enrolling into a PSC programm you will be enrolled on a permanent basis.
What does this mean?
No more re enrolments
You have a guaranteed position in the class
No longer do you have to line up
No deposit required
How do I register?
All children registered in a program for Term 3 will remain in their current program indefinitely until the office is otherwise notified by their guardian
All children currently registered are now registered on a permanent basis and a deposit is no longer required
You wish no longer to be in the program?
All programs are term based (generally 10 weeks) and exiting from a program can only be at the end of a term
You must notify via email that your child is no longer continuing and we will confirm this via an email reply
Any direct debits will be terminated
Your child has progressed to a new program what do you do?
Your child’s coach will notify the office of any changes
The office will notify when this change will become effective on availability
The office will email and confirm the new class and starting date
What if I wish to change days?
To change days you can contact the office and they will advise of availability
Any changes will be confirmed via email notification
What happens if I forget to notify of cancellation?
Failure to notify will result in a minimum of a 4 week fee charge
This will be calculated from the date you notify
How do I pay?
Automatic payment forms are available at the office and payment will be deducted by credit card the week prior to commencement of term.
Cash payments can be made at the office but full payment must be made before completion of the previous term.
Non-payment will result in a position being forfeited and a cancellation charge as above.
What if I need a term off?
If you need to withdraw for a term you will need to terminate your current position and re-book in for the following term.
In classes that are currently full with waiting lists it would be advisable to register for a waitlist immediately to avoid disappointment the following term.
It may not always be possible to get a position straight back in the same class the following term but all efforts will be made to assist.
