Kindy RecOur Kindy Rec programmes were developed as an “in-between” class between Kindy Gym, Kindy FitNastics and our Development Programs. In our popular Kindy Rec classes, children are aged 3-4yrs, as outlined below, as each child is different and will progress at his/her own pace:. Children aged 3 may join this class if they have progressed through our Kindygym program and coaches feel they are socially and physically ready to advance. Children who have not participated in at least 1 term of Kindygym may be enrolled in Kindy Rec at 3.5yrs .

Kindy FitNasticsThe Kindy FitNastics program has been designed as a bridging class between Kindy Rec and FitNastics. This program is ideal for children the year before they commence school. Mighty RecThe Mighty Rec program is designed for boys who have been in the Kindy Rec program and have been seen as good achievers. More emphasis is placed on skill development and refining the coordination and flexibility of each child. The sessions are fun and fast moving. This program is a stepping-stone to development programs when boys are school-aged.

i)Power Hour
Power Hour classes are full of energy and fun, it is a circuit style classes in which coaches motivate the children to push themselves to safe levels. This class helps children improve the 5 key components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and body composition while safely working under the guidelines of the F.I.T.T. (Frequency Intensity Time Type) principle. This class is for those children who want to be GYM FIT! Children must be at least 10 years old or enrolled in Gym Champs or Gym Masters classes. Power Hour is 60 minutes in duration.
