Kindy RecOur Kindy Rec programmes were developed as an “in-between” class between Kindy Gym, FitNastics and Development Programs. In our popular Kindy Rec classes, children are aged 3-4yrs. This is a structured class. Children come in to the gym and warm up for 10–15 minutes, learning basic skills and body shapes. Kindy Rec Monday – Friday 10:15am Saturday 9:00am |

i)Power Hour
Power Hour classes are full of energy and fun, it is a circuit style classes in which coaches motivate the children to push themselves to safe levels. This class helps children improve the 5 key components of fitness: muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and body composition while safely working under the guidelines of the F.I.T.T. (Frequency Intensity Time Type) principle. This class is for those children who want to be GYM FIT! Children must be at least 10 years old or enrolled in Gym Champs or Gym Masters classes. Power Hour is 60 minutes in duration.
