Touching upon muscular endurance, muscular strength, body conditioning, flexibility and agility, these classes will show you results.

From beginner through to more advanced skills, the principal of the class is to let all capabilities the chance to experience flipping through the air and balancing on your hands.

 At the fully equipped Pittwater Sports Centre. The classes range from ages 18 years of age upwards and are run every Wednesday night from 7:30pm – 9:00pm
